Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. The initial consultation at your home is complimentary. We discuss your needs, take measurements, and provide preliminary advice at no charge.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily work in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, but we take on select projects throughout Victoria for the right fit.

How long until you can start?

It depends on our current project schedule. Typically, we can begin new projects within 3-6 weeks after design approval.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We manage all necessary permits and inspections as part of our project management service.

What's your payment structure?

We work on milestone-based payments. Typically: 20% to begin, 40% at mid-point, 30% near completion, and 10% after final walkthrough.

Do you offer warranties?

All our work comes with a 12-month warranty covering workmanship. Material warranties vary by manufacturer but we help you navigate those if issues arise.
